Loving husband, son, brother, uncle, and friend passed away in Phoenix, Arizona on April 16, 2011 from bladder cancer. He was born in Salt Lake City, UT. He worked as a firefighter, a General Contractor with his father and DSI Clean Burn Energy Systems. He enjoyed his retirement golfing with his friends and spending time in Phoenix and Flaming Gorge. Phil was a very patient and soft-spoken man who always went out of his way to help others. He was also his sister and mothers caregiver. He is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 37 years, Diane Brockbank, his mother, Naomi Angus Brockbank, and sister, Miriam C Brockbank (Mimi). Preceded in death by his father, Lockhart Howard Brockbank Jr. "Jun". Services will be held on Thursday, April 28th at 12:00 pm at Broomhead Funeral Home, 12600 S. 2200 W., Riverton, UT, where friends may call one hour prior. www.broomheadfuneralhome.com
